David Mander has years of business experience as a former restaurant owner and operator. As an entrepreneur, he created a concept from scratch and went on to win several awards for excellence including “Best New Restaurant in Seminole County” in 2013.  David’s focus includes commercial property sales and leasing, business sales, and investor representation in the Central Florida area.

Mr. Mander holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida. A veteran of our Military, he served in the U.S. Navy for over 7 years and was deployed overseas earning several medals and accommodations including the Navy Achievement Medal.

David also holds a sport pilot license which allows him to gain aerial views of properties and surrounding areas, as well as provide aerial views first hand for potential clients.

Mr. Mander is a member of the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR), City of Winter Springs Oak Forest Beautification Board, and Seminole County Schools Dividends as a volunteer mentor for Winter Springs High School.
